Ledger Tradelink is a secure settlement network that connects asset managers, custodians, and exchanges. I collaborated with stakeholders across these groups to design an interface that enabled seamless and compliant transactions.
To trade funds regularly, an enterprise must be connected and synchronized with various third-parties. How to convert an isolated Ledger Vault Platform into a safe actor of a wider network: Ledger Tradelink?

This brand new service introduces many new terms and action fields that did not yet exist in the Ledger Vault interface. I helped the team establish this new glossary to better understand what we were developing.

Once the various stakeholders were acustomed to this new service paradigm, I produced and shared some documentation to understand new elements on the interface enabling this new field of experiences.

For the network to be efficient, third-parties holds a specific role: trader or custodian or exchange. I defined with the Product manager how these entities would work together once connected.

After making “Ledger Tradelink” accessible to all customers from their “Ledger Vault” platform, I designed the user-flow that would enable each institutional client to populate the network with new participants, which would grow in a bottom-up manner.

To ease the activation of clients already acquired, I designed a single page which double-down the sales’ speech displayed on the public webpage. This helped our sales team to better target and segment potential clients of Ledger Tradelink, already clients of Ledger Vault.
After having defined every design assets, I shared my files to the marketing team which commissioned a motion designer to make a promotional video to launch the service. I optimized these assets to be animated.
I worked with Benjamin for nearly two years at Ledger Enterprise, where he brought structure and clarity to our design process.
We collaborated on a complex feature around off-exchange trading, where Benjamin led the UX end to end. Benjamin is experienced and highly capable of managing cross fonctional topics and knows how to federate people around design best practices. I would gladly collaborate with him again.
